Step one is getting to know you and what you want from your new home. We’ll listen to your vision, and then show you materials and walk you through how we build our homes. This will give you a good insight into how we work, ending with a rough estimate of cost and financing options to help you think about your decision.

You might be further along and have drafts or blueprints made already. If so, you’re one step ahead. We recommend bringing your plans with you to this meeting. It will give us a great idea of what you have in mind. We’ll have you work with our design team to help bring these ideas to life.
